Dimension 4: Batch Flexibility & Lead Times — HTF is way more agile
Heat transfer film: Change designs in days
With HTF, you can switch designs between batches with minimal downtime. The transfer plate swap takes minutes. One heat transfer film for hoodies supplier I work with has a 3-day turnaround for design changes—from artwork approval to shipped transfers. That's unheard of in IML.
